  If you are attending the congress and do not want to miss a unique opportunity to meet with some colleagues and professionals from the world of odors in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a pleasant evening, you cannot miss the event's dinner.

   After the first day of the congress, there will be a nice dinner to which we are pleased to invite you. The dinner will take place, starting at 20:00, at Mesón La Patagonia (Lo Barnechea 1223, Lo Barnechea, Metropolitan Region), where we will enjoy a menu consisting of:

  • Appetizer: house sour, beer, a glass of sparkling wine, a glass of wine or natural juices (1 per person).
  • Starter: ceviche limeño-barnecheino, of queen prawns and shrimps, with Peruvian corn, rocoto, red onion, artichoke bottoms and leche de tigre.
  • Main course: roasted lamb served with wood-fired potatoes and Chilean pebre.
    • Alternatives: fish of the day accompanied by wood-fired potatoes or grilled beef tenderloin with wood-fired potatoes.
  • Dessert: House cake
  • Wine: Casas Patronales Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva (1/2 bottle per person).

   Attending these types of meetings allows you to share ideas and experiences in a closer and more informal context and can also open up new opportunities for collaboration. In a relaxed atmosphere, conversations flow naturally, facilitating the creation of valuable contacts and strengthening relationships within the sector.

   If you would like to attend, remember to register by April 7. The same methods will be used for registration at Congress. So, if you did it through the local supplier (writing to chile25@tsgenviro.com), you will be able to contact them again, and if you did it through the Olores.org website, you will be able to register directly on the web. The cost of the dinner is 2 UF or 75€, and it must be paid in advance of the day of the event.
