The objective of this research has been to develop advanced odor treatment techniques, from the existing conventional ones and to provide more efficient solutions in those industrial processes that by their location or characteristics need greater efficiencies.
The experience has been developed at the Helados Alacant Factory and its EDARi. The technologies studied were: Bioscrubber, Nanoparticles of Zerovalent Iron and Photoreactors.

The Water Environmental Federation (WEF) Air Quality & Odor Control Committee has developed a survey to benchmark industry efforts related to odor control and odor management. The results of this survey will be useful for utilities to know how their organization's activities compare to what others are doing. In addition, the results will also be useful for consultants, manufacturers, and researchers to understand gaps and needs.
The objective of this paper is to describe how the application of Osmogenic barrier by pulverization of specific products is an efficient system in odour reduction. The efficacy of the process has been evaluated by electronic nose technology.
