The Portuguese Association of Environmental Engineering - APEA (Associação Portuguesa de Engenharia do Ambiente) is organizing an International Odour Conference, that will be held in the University of Averio, Aveiro, the days 16th and 17th May 2019. The Call for Presentations is opened until the 15th March (extended).
APEA - founded on October 23, 1985 - is a non-profit association that aims to contribute to the progress of Environmental Engineering. With around 2600 environmental engineering professionals, this association represents the Portuguese network of experts working in the environment sector. APEA is part of the consortium of the D-NOSES project, which received funding from the European’s Union Horizon 2020 Science with & for Society Call (SwafS) under grant agreement No. 789315. To this effect, they are organizing this first conference on odour management.
The conference about Odours in the Environment organized by the German Association of Engineers (VDI) on a biannual basis will take place the 20th and 21st of November 2019 in the city of Bremen and the call for papers is open. Due date to present your paper is the 15th of March. The cost of attending the event is 1040€. As a way to promote participation in this conference, conference speakers will attend the event for free.
After the success of their last Odour Study Day, that took place on the 24 October 2018, Silsoe Odours has announced the next one-day course for the 31st January 2019. This is the 13th edition of this event and as usual it will be delivered at their odour laboratory at Wrest Park in Bedfordshire, UK.
